- Notification via phone, text or email when you have a package
- Safe and secure storage of packages until you pick them up – at your convenience!
Pricing
$5 per package for receiving and storage of Small Packages. (under 20 lbs*)
$7 per package for receiving and storage of Large Packages. (over 21 lbs*)
$25 Pallet Receiving - Must have prior notification- All pallets are charge per 24 hours. First day include in initial fee. $20 per day after.
-Private Mailbox Holders may store up to 5 packages at no charge as part of our rental agreement.

TERMS
Packages will be held at maximum of 14 days, not counting Sunday. Starting on the 15th day, we charge a $1 storage fee per package per day that we hold your packages at our location. It is the customer's responsible for picking up their packages on time while we keep packages safe and secure as promised.
You may store up to 5 packages for a total of 14 days, and additional packages for $2 per package for 14 days. Storage fees will be applied on the 15th day.
If in any case you are not able to make it to collect your package(s) on time, please contact us to let us know. We know you have busy lives and will try to accomodate any prolonged storage needs.
We charge a small nominal fee for each package, or you can rent a private mailbox and receive all of your mail and packages as part of the service. So stop the package merry-go-round and use Back Office Plus for your letter and package receiving service in Bethel Park, PA.
